Ingredients
- 4 raw beetroots
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Handful of walnuts
- 1 tsp sumac powder
Method:
- Boil beets and dice when cooled.
- Dice parsley and walnuts and add to bowl with diced beets.
- Break down the pomegranate and add with all other ingredients into the bowl.
- Mix everything together and serve.
