Beet Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 raw beetroots
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 1 tsp sumac powder

Method:

  • Boil beets and dice when cooled.
  • Dice parsley and walnuts and add to bowl with diced beets.
  • Break down the pomegranate and add with all other ingredients into the bowl.
  • Mix everything together and serve.
