Ingredients

  • 2 rashers of middle bacon
  • 1 sausage (of your choice)
  • 1 ring of pineapple
  • 1 egg
  • Lettuce leaves (any) for bun

Method:

  • Cut sausage open lengthways and fry with back rashers to preheated fry pan with some oil. Fry until cooked through.
  • Fry pineapple in the same pan until golden or charred.
  • Fry an egg until cooked through.
